At Neptune Mountaineering, we want you to be fully confident in your gear choice, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused apparel and equipment. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to ensure a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns page to enter your order number and email address to start the digital request.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unwashed, unworn items back into their original packaging along with the printed packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or bring it directly to our storefront.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
